Didn't even realize it had been that long. I weighed in today and...
I am now 188 lbs!
I haven't been jogging as much as planned, but I've been trying to walk as much as possible. I was actually a little bit afraid to step on the scale today! lol But I'm pretty happy with the results. I have been slowly losing every week.
I have to go back and look at the date of our measurements, because I think it might just be time to take another set of measurements.Samanthahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02669762784876260025noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-393006476789130279.post-32361246953956384292012-11-01T05:34:00.001-07:002012-11-01T05:34:35.518-07:00Nov 1 - weigh inSince I forgot to weigh in yesterday.
I am now 192.5

I haven't been walking to work this week because I hurt my knee on the weekend. I twisted wrong and it has been aching ever since. If the rain holds off, I think I will walk today. Hopefully tomorrow is better :)Samanthahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02669762784876260025noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-393006476789130279.post-28310479203507289782012-10-09T06:36:00.000-07:002012-10-11T11:50:39.655-07:00Week 2 - Oct 9We took measurements today. I have never been this heavy. Not when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter and as big (if not bigger than) as a house. I decided right then and there that I am going to take back control of my weight. I've done it before, and I can do it again.
My son bought an eliptical machine a week or so ago and I will be using that daily. I am also going to try to do The Couch to 5K. http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml I haven't ran since I was a kid. But I am determined. I will also watch my eating habits. I do eat fairly healthy, although I must admit I am a chocoholic. If I am sad, happy, bored, tired, lonely, mad... I go for the chocolate. Its my comfort food. It always makes me feel happy.. even if only for a few min.
My youngest daughter is on a 1 month trial of not drinking milk, or using any milk products. So right now there will be no chocolate in the house. No ice cream, no pudding, no mashed potatoes, no cheese...
I tried to create this blog a few days ago, but I didn't have any luck. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong, but I have figured it out and can now start blogging! Wish me luck on my journey!!

Tues Sept 25-
Stepped on the scale and my weight was 206 lbs
45 min power walk (walking Goblin)
I will have Devynn take a pic of me later, just to see my progressSamanthahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02669762784876260025noreply@blogger.com0
