I am now 188 lbs!
I haven't been jogging as much as planned, but I've been trying to walk as much as possible. I was actually a little bit afraid to step on the scale today! lol But I'm pretty happy with the results. I have been slowly losing every week.
I have to go back and look at the date of our measurements, because I think it might just be time to take another set of measurements.
