Nov 21 - weigh in

I haven't posted in a few weeks. Didn't even realize it had been that long. I weighed in today and...
I am now 188 lbs!
I haven't been jogging as much as planned, but I've been trying to walk as much as possible. I was actually a little bit afraid to step on the scale today! lol But I'm pretty happy with the results. I have been slowly losing every week.
I have to go back and look at the date of our measurements, because I think it might just be time to take another set of measurements.

Nov 1 - weigh in

Since I forgot to weigh in yesterday.
I am now 192.5

I haven't been walking to work this week because I hurt my knee on the weekend. I twisted wrong and it has been aching ever since. If the rain holds off, I think I will walk today.

Tues 23rd

Weigh in day.
I thought I would have gained, because its that time of the month and I was sure I read somewhere that you typically gain 5lbs.. but....
196.5.. which means I am down 15.5 lbs

I walked home from work yesterday, which was 4.8k.
I will not be jogging today, its pouring rain. But I will walk to work.

Feeling crap

I did not run today. I was feeling awful. My head was pounding, I felt nautious and I was SO cold. So I took the day off of jogging. I felt a bit better after work, so I did 3 min on eliptical, 2 reps of 25 *sit ups* with the Ab swing

Then I took a 30 min walk with the dog.

Oct 16 - Weekly weigh in

Today is weigh in day. I was pretty happy when I stepped on the scale.... 201.5!
I am down 4 lbs from last week :)
15 min speed walk to warm up
90 sec jogging 2 min walking - for total of 25 min, 5 min cool down and then stretch

It was COLD this morning!!

We were out for our jog by 8:45am and it was cold. It was 3* c when we left.
5 min warm up, 15 min jog program 5 min cool down
stetches
45 min power walk with dog
3 min eliptical

I think we are getting a little quicker in our jog. We can usually tell by where we are lap wise. It is exactly 5 min warm up to get to the park where we jog. I was feeling a big laggy this morning, so I don't know if it was the cold  or what. I was fine once we got started, but felt like I was dragging a bit. Hopefully tomorrow is better :)
