Week 2 - Oct 9

We took measurements today. I am not happy, but this will be good motivation. Along with that full length mirror I saw myself in last night. I know I can do this!

We took two measurements *gulp* here goes..
Chest- above boobs, arms down - 41 3/4  =  42 1/2
 across chest - 46 1/4   = 47
below bra- 38 1/4  = 38 1/2
Waist - 41 1/2  = 41
Hips- 46 1/4  =  47
Thighs- R 26 1/4  = 25 3/4      L- 27  =  26 1/4
Biceps- R- 14  =  13.5    L- 14  =  14
Neck- 16 1/4  =  16 1/4

Now to get on the scale... I started off at 212 lbs...

EDITED to add in daily exercise-
Daily jog - 5 min warm up, 20 min jog program (week 1) 5 min cool down
3 min eliptical
45 min power walk with dog.
